World-renowned chef, Wolfgang Puck, is slated to open a Wolfgang Puck Kitchen Counter inside the Sands-Constellation Center for Critical Care at Rochester Regional Health’s Rochester General Hospital in September 2020. The restaurant will provide a fast-casual, comfortable, and elevated hospital dining experience for all guests and visitors.
“We are thrilled to be the first hospital in the nation to open a Wolfgang Puck Kitchen Counter,” said Eric Bieber, MD, Rochester Regional Health President, and CEO. “The restaurant reflects our mission of providing the highest quality of service and care to our patients and visitors.”
With an abundance of contemporary seating arrangements that will provide comfort to all visitors, the Kitchen Counter will offer various hot and cold menu items served during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Example menu items:
Guests will also have the option of selecting from the grab & go counter with options like snack boxes, fruits, parfaits, wraps and salads. Items focus on organic and locally sourced ingredients from the finest purveyors and will be prepared fresh to order daily. A quartz marble countertop will stand and highlight an opening into the kitchen that allows guests to view their freshly prepared meals. Visitors will be able to enjoy a unique dining experience livened by the open and bright exterior views within the dining space.
The neutral material palette of warm wooden floors and bright, white subway tile stands in contrast to the vibrant pops of color and colorful patterned walls to give the Kitchen Counter an overall modern and cozy atmosphere. The Wolfgang Puck Kitchen Counter will be open daily, beginning November 2020.
