Greece, NY – In early March, Rochester Regional Health permanently appointed Jill Graziano, RN, BSN, MBA, as President and Chief Operating Officer of Unity Hospital. Jill Graziano has been a pivotal figure within Rochester Regional Health for over 12 years, most recently serving as Interim President of Unity since November 2023. Her tenure has been distinguished by transformative leadership, guiding the hospital in its pursuit of operational efficiency, employee engagement, financial stability, and patient care quality. With a career spanning 30 years in the healthcare sector, Jill has consistently demonstrated her ability to drive success in progressively challenging roles.

Her extensive experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operational optimization has been instrumental in driving growth and innovation across the organization.
